He always looks so angry and i felt bad for him so i popped a little extra happy clouds in his pipe and gave him the weekend off!!!

inspector cumulus, like all cloud based detectives sometimes is only caught in a light breeze, during these times he quietly reflects, has a peaceful pipe and enjoys a nice brew. He may also be inclined to ork on his beard!!
